Difference between convert and parse

1. Processing of null values

   Convert. toint32 (null) returns 0 and no exception is thrown.

   Int. parse (null) throws an exception.

2. Applicability

   Convert can provide various types of conversion

   Parse only supports string type conversion.

3. Processing of Values

   Convert. toint32 (double value)

   If value is a number between two integers, an integer is returned. For example, 3.5 returns 4, 4.5 returns 4, 5.5 returns 6, but 3.6 returns 4, 4.3 returns 4, 5.3 returns 5, and 5.7 returns 6

   Int. parse (double value)

   An exception is thrown. The input string format is incorrect"
