Differences between bind, delegate, and live

Why do we still need delegate if we have a bind?When using deletegate, you do not need to bind an event processor to each element and can handle DOM events of dynamically created elements. Why is delegate better than live?It only acts on the parent element near the target element and does not need to bubble to the document. You can stop the bubble event as needed. Live needs to be bound to a specific CSS selector, but delegate does not need it and is more flexible. Why live?It is generally used for a wide range of Full-site events, such as hovercard.
