Differences between mobile phone screen VGA qvga hvga WVGA

Generally, the LCD screen of a mobile phone is made of TFT material. VGA WVGA qvga hvge XGA only indicates the screen resolution. It is a code and it does not matter with the material.

They have nothing to do with the screen size. For example, both Nokia N95 and Nokia e71 are qvga 320*240, N95 is 2.6 inch N95 8 GB is 2.8 inch, and e71 is 2.36 inch.
Again, the iPhone is hvga 320*480 3.5 inch and the G3 (HTC hero) is also hvga 320*480 screen is 3.2 inch.

Of course, the smaller the screen with the same resolution, the more delicate the display!
