What is thinking? I understand some thinking activities for judgment and decision-making, including the process of analyzing, integrating, reasoning, and judging things, such as what to do, how to do it, and what to do. Why do we need to think? I think thinking can make life more active, happier, and meaningful. Everyone has their own unique views and opinions on things, that is, different values and world views, and different attitudes towards life, people are influenced by family, school, society, and many other factors to form a self-awareness of the outside world, and to judge, select, and explain based on this subjective concept. I don't know what the real world looks like. You only see the world in your eyes. Just like the sound itself is very wide, you can only hear 20Hz to 20 kHz range (many people, especially the elderly, hear more narrow range), if there is no science tell me, I may think that is the whole voice. In fact, I just want to say that our understanding of many things is partial, transient, superficial, and relative. But what does this have to do with my daily life? Simply put, values and world views determine attitudes towards life, attitudes towards life determine your daily behaviors, and the results of behaviors affect your feelings, that is, happiness, sense of accomplishment, frustration, shame, and so on, so you may want to correct your values and world outlook, maybe local, or a great change. This may be a virtuous circle or a vicious circle. In short, for me, building a generous value and a positive attitude towards life will bring more happiness and sense of accomplishment.
Why do you think of this? As you get older, you need to take more responsibilities. If you have the responsibility, you need to improve your self-ability, forcing you to feel more and know more about people. In the face of so many choices, temptations, and contradictions today, you need to have a tough personality traits and reasonable values, which are the basis for your quick judgment. Therefore, I often need to reflect on whether my work is proper? What are the advantages and disadvantages of my personality? How can we make ourselves and those around us happier? I like one sentence: "What makes people suffer is the pursuit of wrong things "? It is not easy to think correctly about a problem and actively understand it.
I have been confused for a while and doubt myself. I don't even know how to make myself better and faster in the future? Try to find shortcuts. With my pilgrimage, I read many biographies of great people, many inspirational books from both Chinese and foreign countries, and have browsed the experience and experience of many online professionals for many years, in my summary, there is no shortcut at all, and there is no universal principle. I can only do things honestly and honestly.
Why do I still look the same after I think a lot? I don't have enough determination and perseverance to practice it. Be diligent in thinking and be brave in practice. If you do not want to learn, you will be confused. If you do not want to learn, you will be confused. Life is an altar of wine. After years of persistence and hard work, some people are brewing mellow wines. When I share it with us, I envy the surface, but I cannot understand the taste, because I don't have their experience and hardships, my life is a runway facing multiple forks. The people who run in front of me tell us how they ran, however, I always think that the path at my feet is very complicated and very different. It is a wise and practical experience that I do not have to choose. I have already thought a lot, but I still do not have the persistence of my own practice. Thinking without practical results is nothing more than a fantasy. This kind of fantasy makes me more and more confused. Instead of the theory of practice, I just talk about it on paper, and I am deceiving myself in reality.
It's a pleasure to study at the time? After learning, we must practice and get real wisdom and happiness from practice. From now on, we have to live every day:
1. Do not read books for the purpose of reading books. It is helpful to blindly and simply browse a few books. Apart from feeling that I have read some books and remember some personal names and sentences, in addition to meeting your own impetuous sense of accomplishment, There is only chat. Reading a book is not equal to having knowledge, but knowledge is not equal to wisdom. Without practical tests and deep thinking, there is actually nothing. I will gradually blur my mind, finally, I just remember "Oh, I seem to have read it". I plan to select a few books (not too many), and then I have thoroughly understood some truth. I have the opportunity to practice it, I have deepened my understanding, and finally I want to become an effective method on some occasions. I 'd like to read something like this.
2. Do not turn on TV after work until you go to bed. I have told myself several times that I only watch for a short time, but all of them go to bed. In fact, I know that TV is not so nice-looking, but inert.
3. Don't play the game for several hours in a row. Remember that from a day's evening to a day's morning, it was just a few hours of instant noodles and simple sleep, which wasted both time and health. Now, although my heart is itchy sometimes, it will not last all night long. Both reading martial arts novels and playing games have the feeling of being a hero. Unfortunately, for people like me who have no talent

4. Do not indulge in the Internet, or even blogs, forums, and various websites. Everyone wants to stand on the top of the pyramid. However, it requires a lot of accumulation. If you have time, you can feel it more.
5. Do not be dragged by your inertia. I think that human nature is inertia (For me personally), that is, chasing happiness and avoiding suffering. In fact, what we are pursuing is not really happiness, and the painful things have not left our side for a moment. It's just that the brain is subject to alcohol anesthesia and the brain is deceiving the body. Such happiness is short, relative, or even false, just to escape the pain and pressure of reality.
I have written so much without knowing it. It seems like I have been stimulated by something. In fact, life is a little simpler. We can be happier without putting too much pressure on ourselves. We have less desires, and our gains and losses may seem a little weaker, we can be more free and easy; think more, self-denial more persistent, we can be more profound; strong-willed, a little bit of life, we can be more tenacious, successful.
