Select the Display option in Control Panel or right-click in the blank space of the Windows desktop. Select the Properties command to go to the Display Properties dialog box to set the desktop theme, desktop background, screensaver, display settings, and so on, if you do not want to allow others to change the settings, you can hide them through Group Policy.
Run the Group Policy console and expand User configuration → administrative templates → control Panel → show options.
In the right pane you can see policy configurations such as hide the Desktop tab, hide the Appearance and Themes tab, hide the Screen Saver tab, hide the Settings tab, and configure these items as necessary for them.
For example, double-click the Hide Screen Saver tab policy to select the Enabled button in the Properties dialog box that pops up. The Display Properties dialog box opens, and the Screen Saver tab is not visible, making it impossible to modify the screen saver.
