In Ubuntu/Kubuntu, turning tcp_ecn and ipv6 off can speed up Internet access by turning off the tcp_ecnsudosh-c "echo 'echo0 & gt;/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn' & gt;/etc/rcS. d/S60locale "sudochmod + x/etc/rcS. d/S60localesudo/etc/rcS. d/S60locale
Disabling tcp_ecn and ipv6 in Ubuntu/Kubuntu can speed up Internet access.
Disable tcp_ecn
Sudo sh-c "echo 'echo 0>/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn'>
/Etc/rcS. d/S60locale"
Sudo chmod + x/etc/rcS. d/S60locale
Sudo/etc/rcS. d/S60locale
Some sites use poor routers. It is better to access these sites after tcp_ecn is turned off.
Disable ipv6:
Modify/etc/modprobe. d/aliases
Note alias net-pf-10 ipv6
Add a line of alias net-pf-10 off below
After editing/etc/modprobe. d/aliases, run update-modules and reboot.
No more after restart
It is said that the network speed has improved after ipv6 is disabled.
However, some domestic education networks and scientific research networks use ipv6.
The standard practice is to add net. ipv4.tcp _ ecn = 0 to/etc/sysctl. conf.
