Disable or enable notebook touchpad based on external mouse
For the majority of notebook users:
After logging on to the Windows system or locking and unlocking the system, the touchpad is automatically enabled. However, when using the keyboard, it is easy to touch the touchpad, causing the cursor to change its original position, the operation is inconvenient.

Most people will choose to close the touchpad when inserting an external mouse, or when it is affected by a misoperation. Generally, you can press the Fn + Fx combination key to close the touchpad.

If the background starts a program that does not occupy resources, it is inconvenient to implement the following functions:
1. the touchpad is automatically disabled when the mouse is inserted.
 

2. the touchpad is automatically enabled when the mouse is pulled out.
 
3. When the system is logged on or the system is unlocked, the touchpad is automatically disabled when there is an external USB mouse.
 
4. When the system is logged on, or when the system is locked, no external USB mouse is used.
 
The most important thing is that, apart from the above several moments, the touchpad is not affected, and it can be manually disabled and enabled at any time.
The program only controls the touchpad when the mouse is inserted, pulled out, the system starts to log on, and the system locks the logon. Manual control is acceptable.
