Disable Win7 automatic configuration IPv4 address

Phenomenon

A new computer, a network cable, no DHCP, you need to manually configure the IP.

After configuring an IP, the ping gateway is found to be non-pass.

Ipconfig found 2 IPs:

Auto-Configure IPV4 Address .......:169.254.11.19(preferred) Subnet mask ...: 255.255.0.0 IPv4 address .......... . . . . : 172.16.1.11 (copy) subnet mask ............:255.255.255.0
The analysis preferred the automatic configuration of 169.254.11.19, so it does not work with the gateway. However, the NIC is a manually configured IP and does not have automatic configuration enabled.

There may be an IP conflict.

Solutions

Manually change the IP to 172.16.1.202. Ping Gateway succeeded.
