Although song doesn't know much about technology, it makes us feel ashamed to be able to handle the right relationship between R & D and customers! Basically, there are few changes in the R & D process, and even those who want to leave the company cannot adapt to other companies.

Gangge was a purebred tech man with a strong sense of responsibility. He gradually showed his management ability under the training of General Song.

When managing a project, gangge calls a group meeting of project personnel to avoid potential risks due to information asymmetry. I want to sort out documents, filter requests, discuss issues, etc. Based on this, I found a ready-made template from the Internet. 4. workaholic-Abin



ABIN is one of the most practical tasks in our team. It's always a thing to go back early and late. Even if you get home, you have to write a code in the middle of the night. In the hot summer, the company is home on Saturday and Sunday.

We all work for a period of time before activities, some go out to smoke, some pour a cup of water to chat, and a bin one day on a posture.

I heard from my colleagues that when he first came, no one even found this person. At the beginning, the leaders worried that he did not care about anything, and he was afraid of difficulties. Who knows that the tasks assigned to him are basically not a big problem, and they have to work out the tasks for you to work overtime and stay up late. Since then, he has become the most humble celebrity in our company.

5. Demand controllers-Xiao Tang



In terms of demand, there are several Tang elders except song Zong.

Later on, after receiving the demand, we were not recognized by brother Tang, or even did not develop them. Especially when we set the workload, we had to send a message to let brother Tang review it.

However, although it has been more than three years since we set up such a team, my other two sisters and I are doing tests to find bugs. So far, we still lack another talented person, I don't know which platform is next to the company.
