Wrong Row 1 :

Wrong Row 2 :

Solution:

Find config/config_global.php File , edit config_global.php file, find the following code:

$_config[' ADMINCP ' [' checkip '] = 1;

This piece of code means whether to check the Administrator IP, with a permission of 1, which is the detection of IP
