However, the system disk clean up with caution, mistakenly delete the system required files will cause the system can not start.
My side system disk status is as follows:

manually delete temporary files and log files
1. C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles
Delete this larger log file below
Possible directories under this directory:
MSFTPSVC1--FTP log default location
W3SVC1--WWW log default location
Httperr--Server error access log
2. C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP. Files\root
Clean up files and folders in the root directory
3. C:\WINDOWS\Temp
Clean temporary files and folders under Temp
4. C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Logs
5. C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\mssql.1\mssql\log
Delete logs for SQL Server
6. C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temp
7. C:\WINDOWS\Driver cache\i386--backup file for driver
8. C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download-windoes Updade Upgrade the downloaded file
9. C:\WINDOWS under the $NtU ... The hidden file at the beginning.
