In Windows Explorer, take the NTFS partition C disk setting as an example, right-click the "Properties" command in the C-packing directory, and click the Quota tab in the dialog box, as shown in Figure 1.
Click to select the Enable quota management (E), deny disk space to users exceeding the quota limit (D) check box, Win7 system in the "Select default disk limit for new users on this volume" bar, click to select "Limit disk space to (L)", enter 500, in MB, "set warning level to" The loser is 480 and the unit is MB. Note: The space limit is determined by the administrator depending on the needs and size of the disk.
In the Select the quota record options for this volume bar, click to select the Log event (G) when the user exceeds the quota limit, log event (V) when the user exceeds the warning level) check box, set as shown in Figure 2.
