When a lookup operation is made in Word2010, only one found target is displayed at a time by default. The user can also display all the found content by choosing a lookup option. At the same time, the target content can be set up the pattern (such as font, font size, color, etc.), but can not be edited and formatted for individual purpose content. The steps to display all of the found content in Word2010 are described below:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and click the Find button in the Edit group in the start effect area.
Step 2nd, in the Open Navigation Pane, click the Drop-down triangle button to the right of the search button and select the Find command in the Open menu.
Step 3rd, in the Open Find and Swap dialog box, switch to the Find tab, and in the Find what edit box, enter the target you want to find. Click the Find in following key button to select the main document command from the Open menu.
In the 4th step, all the found target content will be identified as a blue rectangular background, the user can be found at the same time to format the content.
