Django link MySQL Database

To create a good project, do the following:

Edit settings.py File: Make the following changes

 76 DATABASES = { 77     ‘default‘: { 78         ‘ENGINE‘: ‘django.db.backends.mysql‘, 79         ‘NAME‘: ‘mydatabase‘, 80     } 81 } 82   83 DATABASES = { 84     ‘default‘: { 85             ‘ENGINE‘: ‘django.db.backends.mysql‘, 86             ‘NAME‘: ‘mydatabase‘, 87             ‘USER‘: ‘root‘, 88             ‘PASSWORD‘: ‘123456‘, 89             ‘HOST‘: ‘127.0.0.1‘, 90             ‘PORT‘: ‘3306‘, 91                } 92             }

Where MyDatabase is created for the database name itself in the database:

Edit the init. py file:

import pymysql pymysql.install_as_MySQLdb()

(Requires pre-installed Pymysql module PIP install pymysql)
