Do companies not want to take responsibility for social security protection?

I have been in Shenzhen for almost a year. I have never purchased social security for two companies, and I am looking for a third master.

 

After a recent interview with a company, I was asked to go to work. However, it is clearly stated that if you do not buy social security, you will be exempted from personal income tax. The trial period can be up to three months, and you will be given a single break. Because I was the first company in Shenzhen and didn't buy social security for me, after a few months, I found that the boss was too embarrassed and left. My colleagues who stayed there with me did not receive any money at the end of the year, and I didn't buy him any insurance after I left. So I am afraid that the company that requires me to go to work is also a very good company, regardless of employee benefits, so I am still hesitating.

 

I went to a company for an interview yesterday and clearly stated that the trial period is 2 months, 7 days paid annual leave, the national statutory holiday is based on the national release, two salary increases each year, and two company tours, double break, 13 months of salary a year, project bonus at the end of the year. I heard it, and I felt like heaven. It was just that the technical manager did not ask me at the time, and said that he would wait for everyone to finish talking to me again. I know it's not a big deal, but how nice it is to be in a company that treats programmers as people! Working peers should know that single and double breaks are very different in terms of human function. If many companies can make everything clear and do not treat programmers as fools, I think this industry should develop better.

 

This is the third paradise-like enterprise I met during the interview process after graduation. The first company is too heaven, and I went in too. As a result, it collapsed in two years. The second company was a branch of Baosteel in Shanghai, but it failed to get in. The price offered for itself was not consistent with the strength.
