Document Conversion to PDF file format in Word 2010

1. Open the word file to be processed and click "Create PDF/XPS document -- Create PDF/XPS" under "file" in the upper left corner of the navigation bar ", as shown in the red box below.

2. Click "release as PDF or XPS" on the pop-up page and then find the "release" button, as shown in Figure 2:

3. A new PDF file is created, as shown in Figure 3:

After export, we can use the pdf reader to open it. The file suffix is also in pdf format. You can try it.
