When you use Outlook 2010, you may have problems with Outlook 2010 that are not responding when you click the "Erase" button in the Calendar Reminder window, which is caused by the Outlook update patch KB2553406, and you can return to normal if you uninstall it off.

Solution:

1. Click the Start button, open Control Panel, and then click the Uninstall Program button.

2. In the Install or Uninstall Programs window, click View Installed updates.

3. In the View installed Updates window, in the search for installed updates search box, type "KB2553406".

4. Finally, in the search list, right-click the update and click Uninstall.
