Don't be too afraid of the "real world"

"," The real world is impossible ", and so on. You may have encountered such a situation. When you give someone a new idea, you will often hear "this is not feasible in the real world".

When I was in school, I often heard this from elders, so I felt that the real world is a depressing place. In this place, new ideas and ideas are doomed to fail, this is an accident. They like to use familiar methods and ideas to do things. They are still expecting these new ideas to fail and watch jokes.

Now, I can say, don't trust the "real world" that those people say. The world may be true to them, but it means you must live in it.

The articles written between me are not theoretical knowledge, not textbooks in the school, nor a research question of any professor, but real and realistic, it took us two years to prove it.

Agile development is not an ideal. I have worked with Wang lianjie for programming for two years and made three enterprise-level applications. These applications have been used and are now their primary product. It is not a project that some companies do. It cannot be used at all. It is just a decoration and is slowly forgotten;

Our team is flat and as small as possible, not as if a traditional company has many levels of superiors and subordinates, blindly expanding its employees. This is because four years of work experience tells us that blind expansion of the company will result in low staff level participation.

Our team has no manager. We don't need to be dedicated to management, but do not do practical things. Management is just a role. This role can be assumed by someone in the team. We think that we are the most responsible.
Valid. In traditional companies, people who only do management work will only dislike and dislike everyone, because they stare at the people below every day and urge them to finish their tasks as soon as possible, but they are drinking coffee and browsing the news, chatting with QQ;

We do not have a dedicated sales staff. Unlike traditional companies, we have prepared products and then recruited many sales staff for sales promotion. We rely on simple and clear products to impress users.

In fact, the real world is not a place, but an excuse for escaping from the challenge and not wanting to try. This is of no benefit to you. So don't be afraid of the "real world" and prove yourself with practical results.
