1. Install knockout 2.0 in Photoshop
Download knockout
After 2.0, it must be installed in the "Efficiency Enhancement Tool" "filter" path of Photoshop. This step is critical.

When you start Photoshop after installation, Knockout 2.0 is displayed in the filter menu.

2.0 steps
Open image: Run Photoshop
Open an image.

Copy new layers: Select the "background" layer, right-click and select "Copy layer ". Because knockout cannot be run with the original layer
2.0, so we need to create a new "background copy" layer.

To start knockout 2.0: Select "knockout2" under "filter" → "load working"

Draw the image retention area: On the knockout 2.0 page, click inside in the toolbox.
Object, which starts to draw a line along the Internal Edge of the image (Figure 4). The part within the draw line is the part to be retained. Be careful when drawing a line. Do not touch the outside of the image. Otherwise, the image will be damaged. Remember that the background color inside the line is not transparent. If you cannot see the actual edge of the image when you draw a line, press the L key to enlarge it. If you are not satisfied with the area, you can press Ctrl + D to cancel area painting and redraw.

Click outside in the toolbox.
Object, draw a line along the external edge of the image (figure 5 ). After this painting, the other parts must be deleted. The area between the inside of the draw line and the last draw line is the transitional area from the image to the transparency, that is, the area where we are preparing to map.

Set the image background color: Click the lower triangle under the underlay key on the left and a color box will pop up. You can select a color box as needed. If you are not satisfied with the color, click the other key to configure it.
Set the accuracy of the image extraction: Set the detai value to 4 (6, which depends on the complexity of the Image Edge: a simpler image is set to 1, which increases with complexity ).

TIPS: Click the ing button. The program will automatically perform the ing and obtain the result shown in figure 7. To cancel the image extraction, click revert in the File menu to restore the image.

Embedded background image: Do you want to add a beautiful background image to the extracted image? Click the small image box above detai to bring up a menu, and then select according to the path.
Exit: Click Apply in the File menu to return to the Photoshop interface. If you want to add any dazzling effects, continue in Photoshop.
