A Web page cannot exist without paragraphs, good paragraph planning, and faster design of the page.
Standard paragraphs and heading labels can be applied using the Format pop-up menu in the property inspector or the text > paragraph Formatting submenu.
To apply a paragraph or caption label, do the following:
Place the insertion point in a paragraph, or select some text in a paragraph.
Use the Format pop-up menu in the text > Paragraph Format submenu or the property inspector to select an option:
Select a paragraph format (for example, "Heading 1," "Heading 2," "formatted," and so on). The HTML tag associated with the selected style (for example, the H1 representing "Heading 1", the H2 representing "Heading 2", the Pre, which represents the formatted text) is applied to the entire paragraph.
Select None to delete the paragraph formatting.
When you apply a title label to a paragraph, Dreamweaver automatically adds the next line of text as a standard paragraph. To change this setting, select Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Dreamweaver > Preferences (Macintosh), and then in the general category, under Edit options, make sure to deselect the title and switch to normal paragraph.
