Dreamweaver MX Example: Flash personalized Playback Interface production

Most of the former Flash players are produced in the Flash software, although users can use flash provided by the player template easy to make the player, but for large flash sites, this method is clearly not meet the requirements of its updated data. To solve this problem, you need to create a Web player template, so that after the insertion of flash, you can achieve the control of flash playback.

Effect description When you open a Web page, you will receive an interface similar to the Flash player, which has 4 buttons, namely play, pause, fast-forward, and rewind. The user can simply click a button to implement the appropriate functionality. This example works as shown in Figure 51-1.

Creative thinking utilizes the "control Shockwave or Flash" feature provided by the Dreamweaver MX 2004 Behavior Panel to control the playback of Flash.

Operation Steps

(1) Insert the Flash file. Create a new HTML file and insert a picture of the player interface that has been made. Click the Insert Media Flash command in the main menu, and then select the Flash file in the Select Files window that pops up, and click OK, as shown in Figure 51-2.

(2) Set up Flash file. After inserting the Flash file, press CTRL+F3 to open the Properties panel, type Flash in the Flash name input box, and finally set the width and height of the Flash file, as shown in Figure 51-3.

(3) Switch to Design view, select the playback control picture at the bottom, then click the button in the "Map" item in the property panel to delineation the playback control picture separately. To make the delineation more accurate, click the buttons in the Properties panel to adjust the hot zone, as shown in Figure 51-4.

(4) Set Flash playback control. Select the play picture, and then press the SHIFT+F4 key to open the behavior panel. Click the button, select the control Shockwave or Flash option from the shortcut menu that pops up, and then click to select the Play option in the control Shockwave or Flash settings window that pops up, as shown in Figure 51-5.

(5) Set the action button. Similarly, set the behavior of Stop, back, and fast-forward 3 buttons in the Control Shockwave or Flash window, as shown in Figure 51-6, figure 51-7, and figure 51-8.

(6) Set click Properties. Press the F9 key to open the Properties panel. Because the behavior default mouse property is "OnMouseOver", change the Click property to "OnClick" here, as shown in Figure 51-9.

(7) At this point, the example operation is complete.

In this case, only a few simple buttons to control the playback of Flash, after familiar with the use of these buttons, the reader can add more control buttons, so that the player's function more powerful.
