When drawing a PCB, you often need to check the corresponding components on the schematic. If the number of components is small, you can find them. Also, alicloud designer provides a good cross-search function.
Here I suggest using two monitors, one with a schematic diagram and the other with a PCB, which makes it easier to find out.
1 use the shortcut key T + c
This shortcut key is used in both the schematic and PCB diagrams. This is the shortcut key for cross-lookup pointers. With this feature, a cross is generated over the mouse.
With this cross-cross, you can find the package of the component in the PCB after selecting any component in the schematic diagram. After selecting any component in the PCB file, you can find the corresponding component in the schematic.
For example, if I select U2 in the schematic, U2 is highlighted in the PCB File.
In the schematic diagram, press T + S to exit the display status.
2. Use the shortcut key T + S
This shortcut key is the shortcut key for the cross-display function. It can only be used in the schematic diagram. This function is also available in the PCB file, but the shortcut key is occupied, so you can only select it manually.
First, select a component in the schematic diagram. The component will be framed in green, and then press T + S to display the corresponding component in the PCB File.
The display position usually depends on the right. For small items such as resistance and capacitance, This method also has a little difficulty in searching, but it is good to get used to it.
Take U2 as an example to show the cross-display function:
