Dynamic parameters in a Python function

1, one-level pointer (*) dynamic parameter I.

In Python, A * means that the parameter becomes a tuple and can receive multiple parameters

2, Level two pointer (* *) dynamic parameter two

In Python, two * means that the parameter is converted into a dictionary, which must be a pair of pairs (key-value pairs), or receive multiple key-value pairs when passing a value.

3, level and two mixing time (universal parameters)

In Python, when the function parameter contains level one and level two, the first level must be placed in front of level two

Eg:f (P, *a, **b), cannot be written as F (P, **b, *a)
