Use the ddns system to implement the VPN Function
Assume that lan 1 is not on the Internet. While LAN 2 needs to connect to lan 1 and establish a virtual LAN.
1) The ddns client in LAN 2 first initiates a request to www.mynet1.com. Www.mynet1.com is the domain name of ddns customer of lan 1.
2) After receiving a domain name request from www.mynet1.com, The ddns server first checks whether the user corresponding to the domain name is on the Internet. If not, request the dial-up server to call the ddns client of lan 1.
3) the dial-up server calls the ddns customer in LAN 1.
4) ddns customers in LAN 1 receive a call request and access the Internet through dialing.
5) in LAN 1, The ddns client registers with the ddns server and notifies the ddns server of the IP address after the dial-up.
6) The ddns server responds to the DNS request sent by LAN 2.
7) connect two local networks to establish a VPN connection.
Note: As LAN 2 can also implement the on-demand dial-up Internet access (DOD) function, a ddns client is also required.
Browser user
Similar to the VPN application process, browser users (such as a salesman using a laptop) can exchange data directly with computers in the LAN through the ddns system. This solution can also be used for network interconnection between enterprises and suppliers and customers.
