Today, Reinhard deploys the Aif Customer Service , opens http://host:port/MicrosoftDynamicsAXAif60/, and discovers the following error:

401-unauthorized:access is denied due to invalid credentials

401-Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page with the credentials provided.

As we all know, Ax uses the Windows authentication way. The reason for the above error is because Windows Authentication in IIS is not enabled.

First go to server Manager>roles>web server (IIS) and see if Windows authentication is installed. If it is not installed, it needs to be installed.

When the installation is complete, go to IIS Manager >authentication.

Set Windows authentication to Enable.

Now, re-open the site, you can already access the normal.
