Dynamics CRM New Feature (9): Services changes

Dynamics CRM 2015 adds some new service request and a Help class library xrmtooling to the developer, which supports the connection of CRM in various environments, such as online,o365,on premise, etc. It also supports documenting CRUD operations, which are very useful to the force.
