The problem is that the address used to access Google here is the HTTP protocol. The solution is as follows:
Input: chrome://net-internals/#hsts

In Input a domain name to add it to the HSTS set: This line is under domain: []

Enter www.google.com.hk Point ADD

Note: This method allows you to automatically use the HTTPS protocol when accessing WWW.GOOGLE.COM.HK

Then open the new tab and you'll see it open normally.
