The folders for saving accounts in Foxmail are specified when you create an account. If you do not select a proper location at the beginning, it will be troublesome to change the folder later. There is a simple solution in Foxmail.
Procedure:
1. First, find the folder corresponding to your email account and copy it to the location you want to store (for example, I: Back up Yi Xing ). By default, the folder corresponding to the account is in the C: Program FilesFox mailMail folder with the same name as the account. If the changed account name is not set by default and the folder corresponding to the email account cannot be found, open Foxmail, right-click any email under the Account, and select "properties ", the detailed path of the mailbox folder is displayed on the "General" tab in the pop-up "Mailbox" window.
2. Open Foxmail and select this account. Click "account/Delete" in the menu to delete this account. Click Tools> Import> Foxmail account in the menu bar, click Next in the pop-up window, and set the account path to "I: Backup Yi Xing" in the copied email folder ", click the "use the original folder directly as the email folder for the Account to import" option, and then click Next to import the account to see the "Yi Xing" account, however, the folder location has changed to "I: Backup Yi Xing ".
Now your mailbox folder has been moved to a new location. If you have multiple mailboxes, you only need to repeat these steps to set them one by one.
