Easy control of ActiveX plug-in Installation

When browsing the Internet, a dialog box is often displayed asking whether to install an ActiveX plug-in. Windows XP SP2 can manage the installation of some annoying ActiveX plug-ins, so it is not the user of this system, are you sure you want to face frequently asked window?

You can use the Windows optimization master to solve the above problems: Go to the "system cleaning and maintenance" of the optimization master, and open "other settings ", list Common ActiveX plug-ins in the "prompt for installing ActiveX plug-ins when you disable/cancel web page browsing" (1). Check the list before prompting installation of ActiveX plug-ins, click OK to disable the installation prompt for the selected plug-in. To cancel the installation prompt, you only need to remove the check box before the corresponding plug-in and "OK" again.

If you are using the Maxthon browser, you can use it to automatically shield ActiveX plug-in installation. Click "options/Ad Hunters" in the menu and select "enable ActiveX excessive consideration". Maxthon will automatically disable the installation of ActiveX plug-in when you browse the website where ActiveX plug-in is required to be installed, A prompt is displayed to prevent ActiveX plug-ins from being downloaded. Click the prompt to select "install this plug-in", "never install this plug-in", or "manage the list of blocked plug-ins ".

If you need this plug-in, you can choose to install it. If you choose not to install this plug-in, the plug-in will be automatically added to the list of blocked plug-ins, and the system will not install this plug-in. If you want to install a blocked plug-in later, click "options/Maxthon options/Ad Hunters" in the menu and select "ActiveX filter" on the right, it lists all blocked plug-ins (2). to install the plug-ins, you only need to delete the corresponding plug-ins in the list so that you can browse the corresponding web pages later, you will be prompted to intercept the plug-in, and select install.
