Easy conversion of RMB capitalization in WPS table

Financial personnel often need to convert the value into renminbi capital format, such as checks, payroll, and so on. Used in the past have to set the formula, very troublesome. Now WPS2005 can easily implement this feature.

For example, a unit of the payroll, and finally to the sum of wages written in renminbi capital format. First click the cell that you want to convert to uppercase in renminbi, select the Set cell Format menu

Then in the Cell Format menu, select the specific type of renminbi in the category in uppercase

After the final confirmation, the value becomes the renminbi capital format

We can also add the word "renminbi" before the capital format, and in the second step we choose to customize

In the type we select "[dbnum2][$RMB]/General format: [Red]", in the preceding add "renminbi", in the example see "RMB xx xx yuan XX cents"

Click OK and it becomes the RMB capital format with the words "RMB"
