As an architectural design of the drawing staff, in the use of AutoCAD to do the plane and three-dimensional design, it is inevitable that there will be a lot of repeated tiles to use, and with the rich work experience, we accumulate more and more tiles, management and use of the more trouble.
Superlib software is a very good image Library management system, so that you save a lot of tumultuous work, in the use of tiles more convenient and easy to operate. The following illustration shows the main interface of the Superlib (Super Gallery).
Startup method
Superlib can work independently management map Library, after the start of AutoCAD, Superlib can automatically and AutoCAD to establish a connection, can also work in AutoCAD environment. There are two ways to start a method:
A. Choose Windows Start-> program-> Super Gallery-> Super Library, you can run.
B. Start AutoCAD, type at the command line: Super
Set up a picture gallery
When the Superlib is installed, the gallery is empty, without any tiles, you need to build your own gallery.
The first step is to build your own library, right click on "This machine" can create their own library.
Second step, add tiles:
New tile: Right-click, select Add, System requires select the entity that makes up the tile, select the entity, and the system requires that the insertion point of the tile be selected. Select a point as the insertion point. The system automatically makes tiles and tile slides, and it is like a library, and then the main interface is displayed.
Tile storage: As a designer or a plotter, there must be a lot of the need to reuse the graphics need to make a plot to use it repeatedly. You must also put it in your favorite folders, you can put all of these tiles into the library management system to use. There are three ways to block storage of tiles:
1. Put the tile (block) in the current graphic into the library. Right-click at the right window, select bulk Block storage, the Super Gallery will find all the tiles in the current graphic, and the gallery will only list the names of all the tiles in the current graphic without a preview, right-click the shortcut to preview the tiles you want to view, or preview all the tiles. They can all be stored, or some of the tiles can be selected for storage.
2. Tiles (Wblock) that have been made into separate DWG files are put into storage. The Super Gallery requires you to point out the directory where the tiles are located, and then the Super Gallery lists all the DWG files in the directory, you can put them all in, or you can select some of the DWG storage.
3. Search for warehousing. The Super Gallery searches for the specified directory and its subdirectories, finds all DWG files and all blocks in DWG, and then stores them according to your selections.
The third step is to create a directory: As the tiles accumulate more and more, they may need to be stored in a catalog for searching. The Super Gallery is a tree-like structure with Windows, and the operation is simple, and you can find basic commands with a right-click shortcut.
Can be based on your needs to build a number of libraries, such as building gallery, Structure Map Library, landscape Gallery, etc., you can set up in the Gallery directory to facilitate the management and search. In the Super Gallery, you can rename the tiles, copy, paste, and so on Windows edit commands. After the establishment and planning of the gallery, later is slowly in the work process constantly enrich their own library.
To organize and enrich the image Library
The gallery is organized to make it easier to use the gallery to insert the required tiles in the current graphic:
1. In the main interface with the left mouse button double-click to insert the tile;
2. Press the right mouse button and choose "Insert to AutoCAD";
3. Select the tile and press the "I" key.
Then select the insertion point in AutoCAD, enter the x scale, enter the Y scale, and enter the rotation angle, and the tile is inserted into the current graph.
We can configure the method of tile insertion by modifying the global settings of the gallery, for example, without specifying X, y proportions, and repeating inserts with predefined scale values. Each tile can also set its insert parameters individually.
You can replace the specified tile object with one of the tiles in the gallery, or you can use a tile in the gallery to replace all the tiles in the diagram that specify the name of the tile, just like the redefinition of the tile in AutoCAD. These operations are believed to be faster and more convenient than creating and replacing tiles with their own commands in AutoCAD. With the Super Gallery this assistant, you will be able to use AutoCAD will be more handy.
