If you write in Word, you can reference documents on webpages or PDF documents. Most of the time, the English or numbers that you paste are full-width characters, and the entire layout looks very uncoordinated, the full-width characters must be converted to halfwidth characters. Because Word provides the full-width and half-width conversion function "hidden", the operation is very simple and can solve the problem quickly and effectively.
Word 2003: first, select the English letters or numbers that need to be converted to each other, and click the "Change case" command under the "format" menu to open the dialog box shown in 1. If the selected full-width characters need to be converted to half-width characters, only the "half-width" in the displayed dialog box must be selected. If the selected half-width characters need to be converted to the full-width characters, you only need to select "fullwidth" in the dialog box shown in 1, and then click "OK" to complete the conversion.
Word 2007: After selecting the characters that need to be converted to each other, click the "Change case" drop-down button on the "Start" tab to open the list shown in.
