3> internal: determine the height of the product to which the pipeline enters.
Ii. Slotted
1. Determine the slotted route according to the following principles:
1) Principle of shortest route;
2) do not undermine the original strong electricity principle;
3) do not damage the waterproof principle.
2. Determine the slotted width: determine the number of PVC pipes based on the signal line, and then determine the width of the slot.
3. Determine the groove depth: If 16mm PVC pipe is selected, the groove depth is 20mm. If 20mm PVC pipe is selected, the groove depth is 25mm.
4. Cable trough appearance requirements: horizontal and vertical, uniform size.
5. Groove measurement: The dark box and the distribution box groove are calculated independently. All groove are measured from the start point to the end point of the groove. If the width of the groove exceeds 80mm, the length of the two groove is calculated.
3. Wiring
1. confirm that the cables are smooth:
1) cable and telephone line tests: Separate the crystal head and use the network tester to test the disconnection;
2) cable TV line, audio/video line, and audio line test: Use A multimeter to test the disconnection;
3> other cables: Use the corresponding professional instruments to test the disconnection.
2. determine the length of each point line:
1) measure the length from the distribution box slot to each point;
2) The length of the redundant lines at each point and the distribution box slot is 200-300mm, and the length of the line in the distribution box is 500mm, exit of Background Music: The line length ranges from 1.5 to 2.
3. Confirm the labels: after each cable is cut down to a certain length, the two ends of the line are labeled separately, and the weak current type-room-serial number is specified.
4. determine the number of lines in the pipe: the cross-sectional area of the tube must not exceed 80% of the cross-sectional area of the tube.
Iv. Sealing Slot
1. Fixed dark box: in addition to the kitchen and bathroom dark box, the wall should be protruding 20mm, and other dark boxes should be flat with the wall. When several hidden boxes are together, they must be on the same horizontal line.
2. Fixed PVC pipes:
1) the ground PVC pipe must be fixed every one meter interval;
2) The PVC pipe of the trough must be fixed every two meters;
3) The wall trough PVC pipe must be fixed at intervals of one meter.
3. Groove sealing: the wall and ground after the groove sealing must not be above the plane.
4. Cleaning construction site: After the sealing trough is completed, clear the garbage and clean the construction site.

7) the bending radius of the hidden tube shall not be less than 6 to the outer diameter of the tube ~ 10 times.
8) There shall be no cables or connectors in the hidden pipe hole.
