Echarts Map offline JSON package sharing

Recently, the project needs to use the map, due to the particularity of the project, can only use the intranet to obtain data.

However, the Echarts online map package (http://echarts.baidu.com/download-map.html) was not supported for download a year ago, and it is recommended to use the Map API.

After some effort (a station is full of charges of resources, heart tired).

Finally found a free resource
