Eclipse + super-fast simulator Genymotion Android Application Development (step 1: install and configure Genymotion), genymotionandroid
1. install and configure Genymotion
(1) because of the SDK simulator provided by Eclipse, it is slow to start. Now we will introduce Genymotion, a fast simulator.
(2) First, register an account on Genymotion's official website. This account is useful. Remember your account and password (I used QQ for registration)
URL: https://www.genymotion.com/
(3) fill in the information and click "Creat account" to register and activate it in your mailbox!
(4) and then download genymotion in view of the download is slow, specially uploaded to the cloud disk to share with you: http://yunpan.cn/cfWF9nYfIsQQR extraction code 07d2
(5) Click Install after the download! The installation process will not be detailed! You only need the default one! VirtualBox is installed together, so you can install them all!
(6) After the installation, enable it as an administrator and create a simulator. below is the simulator I have created. You should not have it at the beginning!
(7) then click Add. Here, You need to log on before you can Add it. So there is a sign in the lower right corner of the pop-up page to log on. Use the registered account to log on!
(8) after logging in, you should be able to see the image below
(9) then select your own Android version and Device model (I chose the following, as needed)
(10) Click Next in the middle of the window. The setting is very simple: Set your device name. If you cannot select the device name, click Next.
(11) Then I started the installation process, and the network speed was still relatively fast. I had reached more than 5 MB per second.
(12) after installation, the image is automatically deployed to virtualBox. The following figure shows the page after installation.
(13) Click Finish to start the simulator! I'm a little excited.
(14) Then I can see that I have not added it. Click Start, but the problem arises. the following error is displayed!
(15) indicates that your network configuration is faulty. The solution is as follows: Open your network and sharing center.
(16) then click Change adapter settings. We can see that VMware is installed, so we need to first create these networks, put them up, right-click and disable them.
(17) If your machine does not have VMware installed, you can skip the previous step. Then, on the VirtualBox Host-Only Network item, right-click -- properties -- find IPV4 -- double-click
Change all the above items to automatic retrieval!
(18) another common problem is: error message state that Genymotion can't load OpenGL libraries?
It probably contains OpenGL, which means your graphics card will no longer support OpenGL2.0. If you encounter such a problem, you only need to update the latest graphics card driver!
(We recommend that you do not update the display card driver of each computer !)
(19) haha! Come on! Show off!
OK! The installation and configuration of genymotion have been completed!
Because the length is too long, please see my next article (http://blog.csdn.net/xlgen157387/article/details/42027095): About genymotion integrated with eclipse!
