Eclipse 3.3 Chinese Perl plug-in

Installation in Chinese:

Unzip eclipse-sdk-3.3-win32.zip to another region, open eclipse.exe, and choose help> Software Updates> Find and install from the menu after eclipse is started, in the install/update dialog box that appears, select 'search for new features to install' and click Next.

2. Select the new remote site button on the right side of the install dialog box that appears. In the dialog box that appears, enter a name at will in the Name field and enter http://download.eclipse.org/policy/babel/update-site/europa. It is actually an XML file.

3. Select the nearest Update site mirrors in the following update dialog box. In the next update dialog box, select the current language Simplified Chinese.

4. Click next and the update Manager dialog box appears. Wait until the download is complete.

 

Perl plugin

1. Download and install Perl ActivePerl in Windows

2. Install epic in eclipse to enable eclipse to edit Perl:
Help-> Software Update-> Find and install: Select for new features to install.
Name: Epic
Enter http://e-p-i-c.sourceforge.net/updates/testingin the new remote site. Finish.

3. eclipse can debug Perl only when padwalker is installed:
Run Perl Package Manager. Enter http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/in edit-> perferences-> respositories /. Then install padwalker.

Run again

D: \ Perl \ bin>PPM install padwalker
