Workaround:

In the top right corner of project Explorer on the left side of Eclipse, there is a small button that prompts "View menu" When you move the mouse.
You click and select "Customize View ..." in the popup context menu. A dialog box pops up.
You choose: the Content tab, in which you can remove the useless.

The Java EE Navigator Content WEB is typically ticked off and then restarted under Eclipse:
