I ' m new to Eclipse/java/android

I have already created this project, but I wanted to start over.

    1. Deleted the HelloAndroid folder from my workspace folder
    2. Restarted Eclipse
    3. Now I can ' t create a project with the same name, because are Finish greyed out, and it gives me the following message:A project with that name already exists in the workspace eclipse

How can I completely delete my old HellowAndroid project from Eclipse?

You need to open up the project Explorer View (it may already is open) and delete the project from within there.
