Here's a way to sync folders, to synchronize the files of Tomcat WebApps with the Web project.

The method is as follows:

Web project: Right-click--->>properties--->> File synchronization options Check the Enable filesync Builder Project option, click the ADD folder option, and select Choose your own compile file, (I choose web-info here)--->>> then find the Default target folder option and select the folder to associate under Tomcat WebApps (D:\soft\home\webapps \newserver\web-inf) and then determine.

Complete. So you don't have to manually configure Tomcat or copy the compiled files to Tomcat WebApps.
