Windows> preferences> General> appearance> colors and Fonts
Select Java on the right-> JAVA editor text font and select the font you like.

Change font color
Windows> preferences> JAVA> editor> syntax coloring
Select Java on the right and select the color as needed.

Change Background Color
Windows> preferences> General> editor> text editors
Select appearance color options on the right
Select background color
Select current line highlight to change the color of the selected row
