Eclipse Color Theme Offline installation method and Jar package

1. Users can click to download eclipse-color-theme-update-site.zip or download the color jar package I have downloaded

2. Copy the file Com.github.eclipsecolortheme_1.0.0.201410260308.jar to the plugins folder of your eclipse's installation directory (note: Not the workspace directory)

For example, my Eclipse installation directory is: D:\eclipse-java-luna-SR1-win32\eclipse\plugins

3. Restart Eclipse, select the color you like in Window→preferences→general→appereance->color theme, then click OK.
