Eclipse Comment garbled problem

When you save in the form of UTF-8, there may be garbled Chinese comments, the two solutions are as follows:

First, in the project name right-click--properties (Properties)--resoure, the text files encoding changed to UTF-8, and then apply

Second, windows--preferences--general--content Types--text--java source file,

See if the default encoding is UTF-8, not just modify it to UTF-8, and then update encoding.
