The Access tool for the CVS configuration library is provided by default in Eclipse, but now most of the configuration libraries use Subversion, so I share with you the experience I've just successfully configured in Eclipse 3.4 with the SVN client.

After downloading the package, open the Eclipse menu Help > Software Updates ... Click "Available Software", then click on the "Add Site ..." On the pop-up screen, click "Archive ..." Select the Zip package you just downloaded, click "Open" to load the downloaded package into the installation list, select the following options to install:

Add another site, similar to how you just added the package, click "Add Site ..." on the right to add the following url:http://www.polarion.org/projects/subversive/in "location" download/eclipse/2.0/update-site/Click "OK", in the list will appear "Subversive SVN connectors Site" title, expand Select the following options to install:

Click "Install ..." After configuring the above method. Click "OK" in the prompt that appears.
The SVN client use method is to open the menu "window > Open Perspective > Other ... "Choose SVN Repository Exploring", right-click "New >" in "svn repositories" on the left, and enter the address username password of the configuration library in the dialog box. Some of the usual operations are similar to other SVN tools, which are not mentioned here.
