1. Configuring Tomcat in Eclipse

"Start Eclipse---menu windows"--"Preferences"--"Server"--"Runtime environment"---"ADD"--"select the corresponding version, Next"--"Browse"-- "Select the appropriate JRE"---"Finish"--"OK"

2. Create a new server in eclipse

First to have the above Control Panel, no words can be found in Windows---Show view--other.

3. Configure the server

This step is the most important, the general problem is because this side is not configured.

Double-click the server you just created, and then locate configure Server Locations-Choose Tomcat installl Home.

This way, you can right-start the server and enter http://127.0.0.1:8080/to access the Tomcat main page.
