Eclipse debugging the application running under Tomcat

1, in Tomcat Bin directory to create a debug.bat file, copy the contents of Startup.bat to Debug.bat;

2, find the line call "%executable%" start%cmd_line_args%, replaced by:

-xdebug-xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket, Address=8787,server=y,suspend=y

Set Jpda_transport=dt_socket

Set jpda_address=8787

Set Jpda_suspend=y

Call "%executable%" JPDA start%cmd_line_args%

3, double click Debug.bat, display "Listening for transport dt_socket in address 8787";

4, in Eclipse to open the Debug Configurations Configuration window, the right button "Remote Java application"--> select New, the port modified to 8787, click Apply, Debug, When Tomcat starts, it's ready to test.
