I. Description of the problem
Project name not found in Tomcat's installation directory WebApps after running project
Ii. Solutions
Method One: Eclipse is different from MyEclipse. By default, the project is deployed to the Tomcat installation directory WebApps, where you can find the project under the path address shown in the following figure in your Eclipse workspace.
Method Two: Modify the configuration so that the project is deployed by default into Tomcat's Webappps directory window–>showview–> servers, as shown in the following figure
Right-click:
(1) Stop: Stopping a running item –> (2) Add and remove: Deleting a deployed project
–> (3) Clean: Clear Related Data –> (4) Open: Turn on Tomcat's modify interface –>
(5) Servers location, select User Tomcat installation–>
(6) Modify deploy path for webapps–> (7) Save shutdown, rerun project will appear under the Tomcat installation directory WebApps
Tip: if (1) (2) (3) (4) step is not operational, (6) The operation cannot be dimmed under eclipse.
