A two-step:
1. Make Jar
2. Make EXE program. Making Jars Install the Fat Jar Eclipse Plug-In
Using this plugin makes it easy to include all of the jar packages you need when you export the jar.
Download: http://sourceforge.net/projects/fjep/files/
After decompression, place the Plugins/net.sf.fjep.fatjar_0.0.31.jar jar file under the plugins of the Eclipse installation directory.
Restart Eclipse.
Right-Select the project you want to export and select Build Fat jar menu.
-Hook-and-Choose use extern jar-name
-Browser Main-class
-Hook and select One-jar-accept
-Next
-Finish
To the project root directory to find the generated jar file. make EXE Toll Tools J2ewiz (Win platform, fee) exe4j jar2exe jexepack jlaunch nativej free tools Java Packager Packr Appbundler Ant Tas K Jsmooth launch4j Java Launcher Janel
