According to InfoWorld, in Tuesday, the Eclipse Board's managing director, Mike Milinkovich, spoke at the Eclipsecon conference, accusing Microsoft of pushing. NET and Eclipse Open source technology are not actively interoperable.
Milinkovich also refers specifically to OSGi (Open Services Gateway Initiative), an institution that provides the eclipse core plug-in standard for software development.

While such cooperation will benefit users, business analysts say it is a problem if Microsoft needs to increase its interoperability with eclipse.
