"Project" right->properties->resource->other->utf-8->ok

2. The encoding format of a file of a certain type, the newly created file is also the encoding format of the new setting.
Eclipse->window->preferences->general->content types->

On the right, find the type of file you want to modify (for example: JSP)

In the default encoding below, enter utf-8-> in the input box

Update->ok

3. Set the encoding format for individual files
In Package Explorer, right-click File--Properties, change the text file encoding format to UTF-8
