Modified:-xms1024m-xmx1024m

-xms is the minimum allocated memory for setting up a Java Virtual machine;-xmx is the maximum allocated memory;

General-XMX set to your computer physical memory of 1/4, and the-XMS and-xmx set to the same, 1024 more suitable for me
